Our marquee products are Bing Image Search (bing/images) and Bing Video Search (bing/videos). The team is responsible for the end:to:end development of Microsoft's image and video search engines including user experience, web/media services, crawling and page/image/video processing. Members of this team work alongside the sharpest minds in the industry, including Microsoft Research, to develop cutting edge:edge experiences that leverage media processing, media understanding and search technologies.

As the Principal Program Manager of the Multimedia Experiences team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the large portfolio of multimedia search powered experiences on Bing. The Multimedia Experiences team is responsible for the overall look:and:feel for Bing Image and Video on the Bing search site, presentation of algorithmic image and video search results on Bing Web Search, and other interfaces such as the Bing Win8 application. This team also powers exploration and refinement features, which make the page more special than a simple list of search results.
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager who would thrive in a fast moving online environment and be the seasoned leader of the Multimedia Experiences team.
What will you work on:
Drive the feature team through conceptualization, design and delivery of next generation experiences on both Image and Video products
Lead a team of energetic engineers and designers. Promote an inspiring, exciting, user:focused and collaborative team culture.
Design and execute experiments on experiences. Quickly apply learnings from these experiments to drive more engagement and affinity for Bing's multimedia services
