Immediate need for a versatile Office Manager to work for a small but profitable construction/design firm. In this fast-paced opportunity you will be responsible for managing the day to day bookkeeping functions (a/p and a/r) using QuickBooks Pro (can train if not versed), developing and maintaining the jobs in progress schedule and overseeing the ordering of office and jobsite supplies by working with local vendors and researching new sources as needed. Successful candidates will display the ability to work independently, think outside the box mentality, be able to take initiative and be self motivated, have an understanding of general bookkeeping principles (on the job work experience) and a good sense of humor.
