JOB DUTIES: FileNet - Panagon Customer Analyst
Use the fileshare administrative tool to add users and groups. Create folders, saved searches and add set up users new to the Panagon system. Set defaults for the users and groups using Panagon. Create a bulk add script for large numbers of users; designated Admin authority in the document management system. Work with the customer to understand business process of the organization implementing the document management system set security in the document management system. Add keywords, owning and authoring groups, Release package using Doc Type CVL tool use the administrative tool to set security in the document management tool.
JOB SKILLS: FileNet-Panagon client and system would be a major plus!
