| We have been providing computer and network service and support in the Seattle Metro and Puget Sound Area for almost 10 years. All of our technicians have at least 12 years experience in the computer consulting and service industry. We can recover data from most any hard drive crash even damaged caused by fire or flood! We can recover data from Personal Computer Hard Drive Crashes, Servers, RAID 0 Crashes, RAID 5 Crashes, SCSI Hard Drive Failures, Serial ATA RAID Drive Failures and Serial ATA or IDE Hard Drive Failures. We even recover data from your crashed Apple Macintosh Hard Drive (OS X Only). Most cases there is a $100 to $350 (non-refundable) diagnostic fee which will apply to the data recovery costs if you choose to go ahead with the recovery. We may not be able to provide you with an initial file list however, this doesn’t mean your data is ‘non recoverable’ There may be additional work required after the recovery to ‘reassemble’ a database set, organize files in some older software configurations, et al Our normal hourly data recovery rate is $120 per hour however we do prefer to charge a flat rate fee – which you will be notified of after diagnostics are performed. We may have to quote an initial flat fee in a specific range prior to determining total actual costs – which the diagnostic process will determine. All customers are required to sign a data recovery service agreement prior to starting diagnostics and will be required to sign an agreement as to the rates and method of billing for the data recovery service.
