The Zella Company, an up and coming strategic marketing agency, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to help & brighten the office.
Description:
Rewarding position as an administrative assistant for an up-and coming strategic marketing agency in Downtown Bellevue. This marketing agency offers a great working environment in a remarkable field. Successful candidates will apply their ability to think on the fly, organization and outgoing personality in the performance of scheduling meetings,coordinating team assistance and administrative support.
This position calls for a hands-on, detail-oriented, creative, sales-oriented marketing professional who thrives in a busy small company environment. This position will help develop presentation materials, provide secondary research, and basic copy editing and writing. Serve as a primary contact when existing and potential clients contact the agency. Additionally, this role provides administrative support, such as travel arrangements, business correspondence, office/kitchen supplies/equipment inventory management, and schedule coordination.
Mandatory Skills:
Good professional instincts in handling confidential information and in time management.
Highly proficient in Microsoft office applications.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, negotiation &
presentation skills.
Must be able to work as part of a team and independently.
Working towards a B.A. Marketing / Business Administration or related field/course work.
Willingness for occasional travel.
